Barista milk
Utilising the unique traits of our Holstein and Jersey milk we are able to craft the perfect milk for baristas. We don’t need to add anything or take anything away, instead we naturally blend our milk with perfect proportion, providing the ideal companion for all types of coffee.
We do milk differently to many others in the dairy industry, focusing on consistency and achieving the perfect combination of butterfat and protein to supply a milk the works time and time again. We have worked with some great baristas to develop an un-homogenised milk that is easy to texture, resulting is a smooth, glossy, emulsion like foam that holds latte art for longer.
